💡 Class Highlight of the week - Year R 💡

This week has been all about managing ourselves both physically and mentally! We have looked closely into why dental hygiene and discussed reasons why keeping our teeth clean is so important. We have been dentists ourselves, exploring and cleaning teeth and have even had a go at creating our very own smiles using different materials in our expressive arts and design activities.
We have also been working on developing our perseverance and resilience. We learnt all about the importance of rules and discussed how they help to keep us safe, happy and ensure fairness in everyday life and things that we do. We then worked together to make dens, following rules to play games and trying really hard to persevere even when things got tricky. This was particularly the case when using playing cards to build a tower. It was SO hard but we didn't give up, including the adults!
